Taken this weekend after running around in the sprinklers with my niece, nephew, and little brother... showing the true redheaded freckles that lay in wait just under my foundation... eeeeeek!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been following your blog for a while now. I am so sorry for your loss and feel your pain as I read your entries. I am so sorry.
I wanted you to know that I used to live in Salida. My best friend lived next door to Jim and his family on G Street. In fact, they were at a BBQ that I also attended at my friend's house in 2004. I was so shocked at the news of last summer. Such a tragic event...and such a stupid waste of life.
I just wanted you to know that I've been thinking of you and praying for you this past year.
I live in SE Idaho now...so I have a question for you. I am looking for somewhere for my husband and I to go on a little trip for our 20th anniversary in a few months. Can you recommend anyplace in Jackson or near there? I really appreciate your input - I know you know the area and I feel like I can trust your opinion.
