I try to avoid confrontation. Really. I do not enjoy it. So the chances of this happening isn't likely. But since this is a month of hypothetical and what ifs I'll play.
It wouldn't matter if we'd just had a fight or not. I'd be the first person at the hospital. Because that's how I am. No questions asked. No need to bring up any previous drama. Just the need to be there and help. Even if it's just to hold a hand or find a nurse to bring an extra blanket.
Hell, I've done it for people I've only met in passing. First time I met Jim's dad was in the entry way to the emergency room.
So why wouldn't I do it for a best friend?
