These pictures were heading to the trashcan when I stumbled across a photographers blog who suggested desaturating your Christmas tree pictures... so I gave it a try... and... well... wahhhhhalllla! Now you can see the details in my mother's tree instead of just all the orangey glow that was in the original shot :)
