"M" for Moose... these two were early morning visitors to our pad...
And with guard dogs like this... I felt ohhhh sooooo safe...

"M" is also for Monday... and if ever there was a Monday of all Monday's it was today. One of my "small" hometown banks was bough out by a large corporate bank and it took me 30 minutes to make a deposit... they had promised that the only thing that was going to change was the logo... that so isn't the case... I told Bossman No. 1 that I felt like they were trying everything to make their life easier and nothing to cater to me... now if I want faster service I have to remember to take in my debit card... ummm hello... half the time I can't find the damn thing... there's a routing number for incoming wires... a different routing number for the checking accounts... and an entirely different number for other types of transactions... how is all of that supposed to make MY life easier?
On a brighter note... my psycho... er psychic abilities proved right once again when Bossman, Jr. and his wife announced their current pregnancy... oh yeah (picture me doing the booyah dance here... or not for your own sanity...) ... I called it about 2 weeks after they knew... of course they're just telling everyone now... but Bossman No. 1 reminded me that I'd called it about 6 weeks ago :) Damn... when I'm good... I'm good...
Is it wrong that I took a bit more pleasure today in Bossman No. 1's Manic Monday? He brought in his laptop for "repairs" (the whole thing is my fault... I ordered him a Dell... with VISTA... even though he doesn't own a Mac... it's all VISTA's fault... actually it's Dell's... the laptop has an issue when it's set to hibernate... anyway). This time the mouse wasn't working... of course I ask first if he's replaced the battery... he assures me he started there and that it's still not working... so I take a look... and decide to check the battery first... and he was right... he replaced it... and put it back in BACKWARDS... so of course it's not going to work... DUH! And because my life is lacking in anything that is somewhat funny... I'm still laughing FIVE HOURS LATER... what does that say about me?
