Cat... Jim called me this morning to tell me that his dad's kitten had passed away and his dad, Larry, was all distraught about it. It seems that Marilyn (Larry's girlfriend) had washed the kitty's blanket. When she went to put the blanket in the dryer the cat jumped in with the blanket and nobody noticed it happen. It was a rough ride and the kitty didn't make it...

I know you want to laugh as badly as I did. I know it's not funny, yet I keep picturing it over and over and over again in my mind... and it makes one funny visual (the jumping into the dryer not the actual tumbling!)... still... sad story for the day...
