I know that a request for the media to take pictures during one of the previous hearings in our case was turned down... so I'm wondering if this might be the next approach attempted... and right at this moment, I'm not really quite sure what to think of it... from the looks of the article... it's just the start of this sort of coverage in Federal Court and appears to have been happening in the lower courts for awhile now... in at least both Kansas and Iowa... is Colorado next?
I think if you really want to know what's going on during the time of a trial you should make the effort to be there. If you're not a part of it you can wait for the article to run in the paper/online. I get enough lookie-lou traffic to my blog that I know are more interested in what is going on in the case than what is really going on in my life... and I get that because we're a voyeuristic society by nature... but I think it should be limited within the courtroom... and there you have it... I think I just came to my conclusion.
