On the way there I saw this cool sign... so I had to snap a picture of it and send it to my little brother who now thinks there is a town in Montana named "after his awesomeness" (can you tell he's going to be 11???).

While I was there I forgot to get my camera out so sadly I don't have any pictures of my day in the Missoula area. We took a morning and drove up near Kalispell too. I was having fun but not as much fun as I would've like to have had so I took off early and decided to visit my grandmother outside of Logan, Utah on Saturday. I left before lunchtime and got down there in enough time to sneak into Mass (albeit about 15 minutes late...). I puttered around town with my grandma for a day and then came back home to Jackson via my parents' place in Star Valley.
My crazy route...
And the crazy number of miles I put on my truck between Thursday and Sunday...

The number one thing I realized this weekend... I like to be by myself. I enjoy my own company. The other thing I realized... I still miss Jim. Not having a graveside to take care of and visit makes this weekend hard. So instead I try to think of all the places we went together. I keep coming back to the last Memorial Day weekend we spent together here at home hiking, taking pictures, having breakfast at the same restaurant we'd enjoyed our first date, and laughing through all that life was rolling at us.
I may not have a grave to visit, but I have him near me to hear me say, "I love you Babe. Just as much today as I did on July 10, 2008."

You should just live in your vehicle since you never stay home anyway.
