Jim and I were instant messaging this morning and I was obviously trying to do too much at one time...



me: ouch...

me: I just ran into the wall

Jim: are you pretty busy today?

me: damn thing... that's twice in a week

me: I have a ton to do... but I'm pacing myself and multi tasking

Jim: what wall?

me: the one outside my office

me: I dropped the cutting board in the kitchen on my foot this morning too

Jim: you're walking and typing?

me: right across the top of it... in my open toed shoes

me: no... but you type so slow that I had plenty of time to run and check for the revised documents in Bossman's office and make it back before you even noticed I was gone

Jim: ha ha ha

Jim: butthead

me: hence the running into the wall... I was in a hurry to get back

Jim: lol

me: yeah, but I'm your butthead
